This morning I spent browsing all of my favourite Streetstyle websites. I haven't had much time over the last few weeks to curl up on the sofa by myself and gorge on fashion, so it was nice to have a catch up! Here I have put together six of my favourite looks from recent streetstyle posts.

I am finally going to visit the high street sales today, although I'm sure I will have missed out on all the good bargains by now! Sometimes it is best to stay away from the shops during the uber-busy sales season though, and today I will hopefully have a slightly more relaxed shopping experience than I would have on, say, Boxing Day! Chestnuts Roasting...

Every year I forget how stressful and crazy the week leading upto Christmas day is going to be & this year has been no exception! With my boyfriend's birthday last weekend, my birthday on Tuesday and lots of last minute Christmas shopping, gift-wrapping and baking to be done I have barely had time to turn on my laptop! It will all be worth it to hopefully have a lovely Christmas day though :).

I love this tie-dye print Topshop dress and grab any opportunity to wear it (this time opportunity came in the form of the boyfriend's birthday celebration). It is a couple of years old, but is one of those items that you can picture hanging in your wardrobe for years to come. I love feeling like that about items of clothing!

Things That Sparkle

Sorry about the absence; I have had a bad cold all week and when I've not been at work I've been snuggled up under a blanket on the sofa. Therefore, not much opportunity for outfit posts!

I received a PR email this week about the various glittered shoes from Chockers. I don't post about specific brands or products that I've been emailed about very often, but I've been desperate to find the perfect pair of, colourful, sparkly shoes to make my holiday season outfits just that little bit more special and so when I cast my eyes over this lot I was pretty excited! It is my birthday coming up on Tuesday the 20th and if I receive any money as a gift I am definitely going to be spending it on one of these glitterific pairs of shoes!

It is my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow (he is 3 days older than me, haha) so I will be celebrating that this weekend & hopefully I will be able to get some outfit shots.

On Halloween I dressed as a Bela Lugosi style Dracula, complete with cape and slicked back hair. Part of my costume was a velvet choker with a metal cross charm attached, which I wore with a white shirt and cost me £1 from a "pound" store, full of cheap and cheerful Halloween bits and bobs. So, unsurprisingly, I never thought that I would end up wearing said piece of costume again as a regular accessory. But, when I spotted it still lying in my bedroom last week, I had overwhelming urge to wear it again and so this outfit came about!

The shirt is the boyf's from F21 men's section, and I thought the casual, checked design would be a perfect antidote to the dramatic, gothy look of the velvet and the cross attached!
