[Jumper Dress: H&M, Boots: Ardene]

I successfully made chocolate chip brownies last week! This may not seem a big deal to some people, but I am known for my lack of finesse in the kitchen (my boyfriend does 99% of the cooking in our apartment) and a recent attempt a brownies ended up in them being rather on the burnt, dry side... But these were delicious! I followed a recipe online, but can't remember exactly which one. I will have a search and edit the post to add it when I find it!

It has gotten to that time of year when all of the money I have left over from rent and utilities is being spent on Christmas (today we bought our Christmas tree and decorations, which was lots of fun), though I've been getting distracted, looking at shoes online and there I plan to put some of my next pay-check aside to invest in the perfect pair!

  7. Congrats on the brownie:) And really loving that jumper dress.

  8. Congratulations on successfully making brownies. I understand what an achievement this is. I can't cook at all. I just moved out so I need to learn. My mother in law helped me make my first successful meal tonight. It was the biggest deal ever!
