[Bag - UO, Jacket - H&M, Tee - Topman, Jeans - Primark, Shoes - Converse]

Just a casual outfit from last week, including a tee stolen from my boyfriend (I keep on "accidently" acquiring pieces from his wardrobe without him knowing it) and trusty old Converse that I've had since I was 17 (Converse will always be the best all-weather shoe to throw on with jeans).

It has been a sad couple of days here, because my boyfriend's beloved dog Alfie (who has felt like part of my family as well for the past seven years that I have known him) had to be put to sleep yesterday. 

He was very ill with a tumor, so I am glad that he didn't have to suffer any longer, but obviously it was devastating. He was the friendliest, happiest dog throughout his whole 12 years and everyone who knew him loved him to pieces. I'm sure anyone who has a pet will understand how we all feel :(.

Blouse Me

I think I am in love with the blouse right now. OK, scratch that... I AM in love with the blouse. Especially any as gorgeous as these nine! From floral prints to block colour to ombre, it all looks good in blouse form. I don't personally own lots of blouses (thinking about it off the top of my head I'd say I own 7 or 8), but I am definitely becoming more and more attracted to them whilst shopping, like a magpie and shiny things!

One of my best friends has just moved to London to start a new job and I wore this to her leaving meal this week. It feels like everyone has started to move away from home again (we all moved away for university and then moved back afterwards) and is starting a new chapter in their life... Just over a month until the boyfriend and I fly to Vancouver for our "next chapter"! I'm starting to get very excited.

I have been coveting jewellery a lot recently, especially rings. Myjewelrybox.com has an amazing selection of sapphire rings at the moment and if I wasn't saving up for my move, I would definitely be saving up for a special piece from their website!

Blazers & Blouses

Today the Olympic torch passed through my hometown & we went to watch it (even though it was literally just some people running past with the flame & a few promotional floats). I guess it is a once in a lifetime thing to see, so that was nice! I decided to wear one of my favourite blouses & my most colourful vintage blazer. It always cheers me up!
