[Studded blouse - Zara, Patterned trousers - H&M, Bag - Topshop]

 My laptop is still broken, but fingers crossed it is fixed in the next couple of weeks because I miss it a lot. Back in England I could always rely on using my mum's desktop computer or the ipad or stealing my little brother's old laptop for a few weeks if my laptop wasn't working and I totally took it for granted! I put together my last blog post on my phone, which I never want to have to do again because my phone would not co-operate!

I wore this outfit a couple of days ago when my boyfriend and I popped over to the Lonsdale Quay market on the North Shore to stuff our faces with market food & go for a walk. I love this Zara blouse, which I bought on sale in the Summer, and I wish I wore these H&M trousers more because I love the print!

Denim, denim, denim

I wore this about a week ago for a long walk! More denim, this time a denim dress, worn with a floral tee from H&M underneath. Apologies for this being the only photo, my laptop has died so none of my other photos are available :(

I've been putting together a list of must-haves for the new season and number one on my list is a new pair of jeans. Jeans are pretty much the staple of my wardrobe. I love skirts, but if I’m in doubt about what to wear I will inevitably end up in denim! Searching for the perfect pair can be quite daunting, but I’ve come across Buffalo Jeans where you can search by style, fit or rise, which is incredibly useful!

Seals & Summer

Apparently this August/September has been the driest on record for Vancouver and the weather forecast predicts sunny days for the next week, which means I am still getting some use out of my sunglasses and sandals! However, I know that the rain will arrive at some point in the near future (people keep saying to me "you just wait...") so I will have to invest in some waterproof shoes soon.

These photos were taken minutes before a seal popped its head out of the water, although by then I'd turned off and put away my camera, so it evaded being photographed. Is it just me who loses an item in her bag the minute she drops it in? Everything seems to end up right at the bottom within half a second!
