About That View

[Leopard Print jeans - H&M, Jumper - H&M, Pleather jacket - H&M (I swear I didn't realise how much H&M I was wearing when I put it all on), Boots - Urban Outfitters, Necklace - F21]

No matter how often I walk around Stanley Park (or, at least part of the way around), I am amazed by the beautiful views every time. Ocean views are, beyond a doubt, my favourite. My boyfriend prefers mountains, but that's quite alright since we have those views here too!

One of my favourite necklaces snapped last week, so I've been looking online for something new. I've always loved beautiful, intricate, antique keys (if I had my way, my apartment door would open with a big, heavy antique key and not the same old yale key we all use) and so I am totally drawn to this vintage-style key pendant from Freshtrends. Now, if only my apartment key actually looked like that, I'd probably be less likely to lose it!

St. Valentine

[Sweater - Topshop, Jeans - Joe Fresh, Bag & Shoes - Urban Outfitters]

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I wore this today for lunch with the boyfriend (today is our eighth Valentine's Day together, eek). We went for Greek food and I ate the most delicious wild salmon souvlaki. I was going to take a photo of the meal, but then I accidently ate it all before I could remember to get my camera out, haha. I think that says something about how yummy it was!

I bought these studded boots from the Urban Outfitters January sale for only $19.99; I think they might be my best bargain of this year's post-Christmas sales. I've never owned white boots before, so this is a first, and I'm rather enjoying it! This Topshop sweater is one of my favourite items - leopard print + studs can never be a bad thing in my book. The boyfriend claimed today that it is his favourite top of mine, so I guess it was appropriate to wear it today!

Have a lovely weekend everyone!

'Cos Blue Skies Are Calling

[Blouse - Primark, Grey tee - F21, Jeans - Joe Fresh, Boots - Urban Outfitters]

Just a simple outfit for a walk in Stanley park this week. The skies are so grey this week, I hope they brighten up soon... But at least it isn't constantly raining, because I have been umming-and-ahhing over whether to buy some wellies (or rainboots as everyone calls them here) for weeks and I'm still in two minds over whether I need them or not. Decisions, decisions! Having to spemd all day with wet feet is a truly unpleasant experience, however, and so I may take the plunge!
